In February 2008, the Pastoral Council recommended to Fr. Charlie the formation of a Futuring Team.  This team, a cross section of the parish, will walk within the community, listen to the concerns, observe the good works and needs, and with the Pastoral Council, discern God's will for St. Mary Magdalen at this time.

Jesus’ call is urgent. He does not tell people to follow him at some time in the future but here and now—at this moment, in these circumstances. There can be no delay. "Go and proclaim the kingdom of God".
